Japanese Connection goes out of their way for their customer. The last time I was there,
there were some warranty issues and Japanese Connection went out of their way
to work with the insurance company in order to resolve it. I have used them for almost a year.
They are fast, and they explain things to me. For me, as a woman, I sometimes go into
repair shops and they don't really believe what I have to say. The Japanese Connection
employees listen to what I have to say and ask questions to make sure t
hey understand my point of view.
They will work you in. I have dealt with other places that will tell me the car will be
done in a little bit, and it takes 4 hours to finish. That is not a littlebit to me. J
apanese Connection gives me an exact time and works me into their schedule.
They are good to work with.

and the staff is friendly, attentive, and respectful. They always explain the
problem and what it will take to fix it before moving forward with the work.
The shop is very clean and the waiting room is comfortable; women notice that!! I

We have been using Japanese Connection since 1992, and Kraig has
been wonderful. He really works with us on what our car needs.
I have never known him to try to sell us a service or part that was not needed.
Sometimes when I go for an oil change he will notice things need replacement,
but it always is necessary. He is not trying to rip anyone off.
At one point we brought our daughter's car to him after having it looked at
somewhere else, and he told us that the repair did not actually need to be done and
that the other mechanics were just trying to sell us something. I can really trust what he
says, and trust is a big issue with mechanics.
His prices are extremely fair. At first they may seem high, but that is because
he discloses the entire price upfront and does not tack on extra charges. When Kraig says
it will cost something, it is always the full price.

Over the years I had been having my car serviced at the dealership. I was told
I needed to have 3 different repairs done. Kraig Hermes at Japanese connections
put my car on the lift and showed me the areas that would need attention in time and
told me to bring the car in regularly so he could monitor the need when repairs are necessary.
That was a year ago. I appreciate him showing me the areas on the underside of my car

I know I can trust that when I take my car to Japanese Connection that they'll do a good job at a
reasonable price. They also let me know if other work needs doing but don't do a hard sell if it's
something that can wait. I have been jacked around by some pretty reputable local mechanics
but I haven't been at Japanese Connection and that's a really big deal in an industry that has more
than it's fair share of dishonest practitioners!!

Great Independent Auto Repair Shop

I have been a customer of Japanese Connection for many years. I use to take my 89
Nissan Sentra in yearly for service and never had a repair/service problem with them during
all that time. In 2004 I bought a new Toyota Corolla which they now service. Their prices are fair and they back up their work
with a 12month/12thousand mile warranty. I highly recommend them.
